Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

Product sirf damaged, faulty, ya wrong item received hone ki surat mein return hoga.

Customer ko parcel receive karne ke 24 hours ke andar proof (video + pictures) share karna hoga.

Product unused & original packing mein hona chahiye.

2. Refund Policy

Agar product available na ho ya replacement possible na ho, tab refund issue kiya jaye ga.

Refund 3–5 working days mein process ho jata hai.

Delivery charges non-refundable honge.

3. Exchange Policy

Wrong color/size agar customer ne khud choose ki ho, to exchange possible hai, lekin delivery charges customer pay karega.

Exchange request 24 hours ke andar honi chahiye.

4. Important Note

Unboxing video mandatory hai for claim.

Without video claim accept nahi hoga.
